NCHL UAT note: connectIPS compares mobileNo/email against the portal user the customer logs in as (NOT the bank-account holder). For Jiwan's NMB UAT test, NCHL has us logging in as Sanima KESHAB or Yam — set the overrides to whatever mobile/email is registered on that portal user, or you'll see "Mobile number and Email address does not match with connectIPS" after login.

Step 2 — Submit signed form to NCHL

Opens NCHL tokenization-gw in a new tab and auto-POSTs the form returned by Step 1. Login as Jiwan at connectIPS, pick NMB, approve the mandate. NCHL redirects back to apidev's success URL when done.

Step 3 — Wait for Active

Polls /emandate/mandates every 2.5s for up to 30s, watching the mandate ID from Step 1 flip Pending → Active.

Step 4 — Stage cash-in POST /cash-in (MPIN-protected)
